Offering beautiful views from the lounge and deck, this inviting retreat is the perfect place to relax and unwind while still being just a short stroll down Alpine Avenue and Conical Hill Road to the village centre, cafés, restaurants and famous Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa.

Thoughtfully designed to make the most of its compact space, this charming home offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for couples, small families or friends travelling together.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area provides a lovely space to gather, whether you're enjoying a meal together, settling in for a movie on Netflix or Freeview, or challenging each other to a board game. On cooler evenings, get cosy beside the log burner, with additional heating provided by a fan heater and oil heater. Electric blankets on the beds add an extra touch of comfort, while unlimited free Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected.

Bringing your furry friend? Pets are welcome at 9 Alpine Avenue! The owners are happy for pets to join you inside, provided they are kept off the furniture. While the property is only partially fenced, there is a fully enclosed area complete with a kennel for your four-legged companion.

Please note: The driveway leading up to the property is relatively steep.

There is plenty of firewood to keep you warm during your stay, this is located in the garage. Please use the door next to the garage to gain access not the main garage door.
Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels as well as clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest. We do offer an optional linen hire and cleaning service. The cost of this linen hire can be found here. The cost of this cleaning service would be $90.00.
